All files for a contact not showing on the Trust Ledger Report? why not?
Q: I am running the trust ledger but only one file for that contact shows up, the others don't. Why not?
A: the other files for that contact have an ending balance of zero so they don't show up when using the default report options.
For them to also show up you would need to select the option:
"Based on associated layout (non-zero value shown)"
REPORTS -> CONTACT -> LEDGER tab (click on the chevron / checkmark type icon to bring up the "Ledger Options" screen)
