"insufficient access" the client gets the error once they have signed on (potentially at the validation question or while the main page in Soluno is loading).
This message needs to be bypassed.
At the end of the URL address bar delete the last word after the "/" and instead type in Entries with a capital E.
For example if it says: https://cloud.soluno.legal/main.cshtml#!/Logon
Delete the word Logon and type in: https://cloud.soluno.legal/main.cshtml#!/Entries
