Error Message: The server encountered an “insufficient permission” to perform the requested operation
URL: /apidata/CheckRelease?accountid=……. Please contact your administrator for assistance.
In this case the person was typing in the account name but that bank account does not have the security permissions for that userid. Even if the user is an Admin, the person will still need to update the security on the bank account.
