Cannot add or change an entry

Error Message:  Unable to save entry.   Cannot add or change an entry on an approved invoice.   

 

Q:  I am trying to change some descriptions for deposits into Trust.  This file has not been billed yet.  When I change the description I get the error message. 

A:  Since the file has not been billed it is most likely in Review Charges.  That will lock up the entries.  Take the file out of Review Charges and try editing the deposit.
