Profile Icon - Favorites Tab

Click on the “User Profile” icon/button to display the Tabs available. Click on "Favorites" tab.

FAVORITES TAB:

Important Note:  For the “Favorites” tab to display the dropdown list of Soluno items when you right-click with your mouse, the setting “Use Soluno context menu by default” must be turned on.  Otherwise, the right-click button will display the standard operating system dropdown list.

To display the list of “Favorites”, that are already set, right-click anywhere on the Soluno screen.  A Soluno popup will appear with an area to input Contact Info, an area to input File Info, and a list of the Quick Access Screens available.

To set a Quick Access Screen in the Favorites - click on the star icon beside the menu item you would like to add to the direct screen access list. 

It will be dark when it is active.

Whenever you click on the star icon, beside a menu item, it will add that screen to the list of available direct access screens. 

You can right-click with the mouse to view the list and pick the screen you would like to display.  This way, when you are on any screen in Soluno, you can jump directly to another screen without going through the various main-icons and sub-icons.

In the example below the Billings Journal is being displayed. 

Right-click anywhere on the screen and choose the screen you would like to access directly.

In this case the Transfer screen can be accessed directly with one click.

A Contact or a File number can be quickly displayed by typing into the top area of the list. 

To de-select the item just click on the star icon again and it will turn off the option and remove it from the list.
