Q: Can you tell me how to print a GL listing of all my GL account numbers? I do not need the balances, just the account numbers and account description?
A: You will need to export the list in ADMIN -> FIRM -> GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNTS tab. Click the “Excel” button in the bottom left of the screen.
An Excel CSV spreadsheet file will be created with the list of GL Account Numbers. An example is below:
