Soluno Time Out
User Warning Message: appears on the User’s screen 15 minutes prior to being logged out. The maximum amount of idle time allowed is set in the Admin Settings.
Admin Settings: ADMIN -> USERS -> CONNECTED USERS TAB
Display Columns: Initials, Full Name, Connected, Last Active, IP Address, User Agent.
Disconnect A User or Disconnect All Users.
2. Set Time Out maximum Minutes. The Maximum amount of idle time is 720 minutes (12 hours).

DISCONNECT USERS
Disconnect a User. Click on the Log Off button at the very right of the User name line.
To disconnect all Users, click on the Log Off button in the top column header at the very right of the line (outlined in green).
SET TIME OUT VALUE (bottom right corner of the screen)
The Maximum amount of idle time is 720 minutes (720 minutes divided by 60 minutes in an hour = 12 hours of idle time before being timed out). Fifteen minutes before being timed out a message will be displayed across the top of the Soluno page, directly below the URL.
Change the value in the bottom right corner of the screen by using the up/down arrow at the side of the value or, click in the “minute box” and backspace over the value to change it.
The time value must be between 20 and 720 minutes. Time is saved automatically.
Buttons: REFRESH and SEND MESSAGE TO ALL USERS (bottom left corner of the screen)
Click on the “Refresh” button to refresh the screen with new User Information.
Click on the “Send Message To All Users”. A message sub-menu will appear where the message can be typed in. All Users, who are signed into Soluno at the time, will receive the message. Press “OK” to send the message.
To shut-down the application click on the “Disconnect All Users” button (at the right - top of the screen, on the column heading line) after the time has passed. This would need to be done manually.
