Issue: on Time Entry screen when I turn on my timer, then I put in the file number the entry jumps down on the screen and I can’t delete it, I can’t update it, I can’t add an explanation.
This issue requires a reset, then a reset grid, then completely sign out of Soluno.
1. Reset the TimeFees entry screen so it is blank.
2. In Profile -> Preferences tab click on the “Reset Grid Layout” and press “Save”.
3. Completely sign out of Soluno using the “Log off” button in the top right corner of the screen.
Sign onto Soluno again. If that did not reset the grid please contact Soluno Support.
