Profile Icon - Preferences tab - Reset Grid Layouts

 Click on the “User Profile” icon/button to display the Tabs available. Click on "Preferences" tab.

RESET GRID LAYOUTS:

Click on the “Reset Grid Layouts” button near the bottom of the screen.

The odd time, while using Soluno, the input grid for Time/Fees entry screen will get out of sync.  The entries will end up being sorted by “File” or “Explanation”, or some other column, when it should be sorted by “Date”. 

Resetting the Grid Layouts should reset the look of the grid and sort the items by entry date.

 

If, for some reason, that does not work, or, the Time/Fees entry screen entries seem to be jumping around and ending up at the bottom (under 2 blank entries) where they can neither be deleted nor changed, please follow these steps to reset the grid.

1.       Press the “Reset” button on the “Time/Fees” entry screen at the bottom left of the screen.  You will receive a warning message advising that the entries will be deleted.  Press “OK”.

2.       Click on the “Profile Icon” and the “Preferences” tab, then the “Reset Grid Layouts”.

3.       Click on the “Logoff” button at the top right corner of the Soluno Screen 

4.       Once Logged Off, follow the instructions in the Soluno document “Clear Cache”.

5.       Sign-on to Soluno again and start to enter Time/Fees as before. 

6.       If the issue has not been cleared please contact Soluno Support.
