Click on the “User Profile” icon/button to display the Tabs available. Click on "User Profile" tab.
VERIFICATION QUESTION Section:
The “Verification Question” Section is a recognizable hint for you to remember the answer. This area can be free form text just as a memo field would be.
Enter a question or a phrase that will remind you of the answer in the textbox under “New Question”.
Enter the security answer under “New Answer:”. This textbox is also similar to a memo field where free form text can be input. The answer must be eight (8) characters or greater.
Press the “Save” button. This will be the question/hint and the answer that will be needed to complete the “Forgot My Password” instructions for changing your password.
