Profile Icon - Preferences tab - Allow Live Support Chat

Click on the “User Profile” icon/button to display the Tabs available. Click on "Preferences" tab.

The “Allow Live Support Chat” will create the “Activate Chat” button in the top right corner of the screen directly to the left of the “Logoff Soluno” button.

Clicking on the button will initiate a Soluno CHAT screen where you will interact, in real time, with a Soluno Support Specialist (not computer-generated responses but Live Support people).

 

In the screen below the steps indicate how to start a Live Chat:

1.       Click on the “Profile” Icon in the top right of the screen.

2.       Click on the “Preferences” Tab.

3.       Click on the “Allow Live Support Chat” button to turn it on.

4.       Click on the “Save” button in the bottom left corner of the screen.

5.       Click on the New Button that appears in the top right corner of the screen.  The Question Mark ?.

6.       That will display a small screen in the bottom right.  Click in the “TEXT” box and start typing your question.  Then press the “Enter” key to initiate a Live CHAT (or click on the arrow button beside the TEXT box to send the message).
