Click on the “User Profile” icon/button to display the Tabs available. Click on "User Profile" tab.
CONTACT SETTINGS Section:
Validate the Email Address and / or the Phone Number of your User Name in Soluno.
Enter your Email Address into the “Email/Logon” textbox. Press the “Validate” button to receive a code. AND/OR enter your mobile number into the “SMS Phone” textbox (SMS: the text messaging service on most mobile phones). Press the “Validate” button to receive a code.
Click the “Validate” button on the right and follow the instructions as they are presented.
An Email Verification code screen or an SMS Verification screen will be displayed. Enter the code that was sent from Soluno in the text box provided on the screen and click “Submit”.
