Q: How do I show non-billable on the heatmap? Also, can it show the metrics in hours and not dollars?
A: In Soluno we only have working hours or billable hours that can be displayed on the heatmap. We do not have the option to display non-billable, yet.
ADMIN-> USERS -> USERS tab. Edit the user. Click on “Accounting” sub-section. The “Current Goal” dropdown list has the options for budget display.
In regards to the second question, if the goal is set to one of the “hours” options then the metrics will be shown in hours. Otherwise, it will be dollars.
