Click on the “User Profile” icon/button to display the Tabs available. Click on "User Profile" tab. The Admin can change the password in ADMIN->USERS->USERS tab for each User.
PASSWORD SETTINGS Section:
To reset your password, follow the format requirements indicated on the screen.
***Note: If you do not remember your current password, please contact your Soluno Administrator or Soluno Support (CHAT or support@soluno.legal).
Please do not use the character string “soluno” in your password or it will continue to give an error message and not allow sign-on.
Enter the “Current Password:” in the input line.
Enter the “New Password” according to the format outlined above on the screen.
If the red line goes away, then the format has been accepted.
Confirm the “New Password” and then press the “Save” button.
