Profile Icon - User Profile tab - Organization, picture, signature, admin password

Click on the “User Profile” icon/button to display the Tabs available.  Click on "User Profile" tab.  

ORGANIZATION Section:

Referring to the screenshot above:

1.       Here you will find the ability to change your profile picture (jpg or png extension);

2.       Displays your USER initials (an Admin setting that cannot be changed);

3.       Upload an electronic signature (png or jpg extension), and it will show on the invoice, if you are the Responsible Person for the file;

4.       The Admin Password (which is only available to Admin Users) is set to force a password when trying to override a warning, such as choosing a Control GL Account for posting an expense.  The Admin Password is not displayed in plain text therefore, if it is forgotten, you will need to put in a different password and press the “Update” button.  Once set it cannot be unset.  The format for the password is the same as the format for a User in Soluno (see password format in User settings).
