File on Hold

File on hold, release the hold 

Q:  How do I release a hold or find out why a file is on hold? 

A:  In File Manager bring up the file in question.  Open up the "Billing Settings" Section and on the right-middle of the screen it will show "hold" status. 

Make changes as needed then press "Save".
