"insufficient error," the problem is that the user’s last tab was on an entry screen and since that time the user’s permission to that screen has been removed. When it tries to go back to the last feature they were on they no longer can => error. It should only happen (most of the time) to new firms who are still adjusting security."
To fix the error you will need to sign out and clear cache.
