Question: How do I add a Settlement amount, flat fee

Settlement amount for Account, Flat Fee Paid to Settle

Settlement Amount: 

I am trying to enter a settlement amount in the Time/Fees tab for (ex. $80,000.00) and it is taking the rate at that time. Is there another way to enter a dollar settlement? 

First, settlement amount is not calculated hourly. 

Go to add entries- Time/Fees tab: 

Try entering $80,000.00 in the “amount” column and do not enter anything in for hours.
