Settlement Statement, list the history of all transactions for the client
Q: How do I print a Settlement Statement?
A: BILLING -> REQUEST INVOICE tab
Find the File and Select it (or put in the File number).
In the bottom left of the screen click in the "Action" box and a new option has become available in the list:
"Settlement Statement".
Choose the "Settlement Statement" option and press the "Process" button on the left.
A small menu box will appear. Just click "OK" to get a complete Settlement Statement.
The "Request Invoice" screen will be refreshed and a PDF will be created in a few seconds showing the "Settlement Statement".
Tips and Tricks:
Q: I am on the Request Invoice tab but the option "Settlement Statement" is not available in the list.
A: If there is no file number in the "Files to Scan" section the option will not show up in the list.
Q: What does the Settlement Statement look like?
A: It shows a list of all transactions for the life of the file: Time/Fees entries, Expenses, Payments and Receipts.
Can include non-billed transactions or restricted to just transactions on paid invoices.
