Re-occuring Journal Entry

Q:  How do I create a repeatable or re-occurring Journal Entry in Soluno? 


A:  Create a blank Excel sheet.  Create the 4 column names that match the Journal Entry Screen in Soluno:  GL Account, Debit, Credit, Explanation.

Save the Excel spreadsheet as a .CSV file.

Upload the file into Soluno.   

1.  Click on FINANCIALS icon; 

2.  Click on JOURNAL ENTRY tab;   

3.  Change the date; 

4.  Add a memo / description; 

5.  Either click on the “Drop Import File Here” box in the bottom right corner of the screen to get a directory list of the files or, use your mouse to drag the file over the box and release.

The entries will then populate into the journal entry.  You can repeat uploading using this same method.
