How to restrict backdating fee entries?

  1. Go to Admin > Firm > Settings > Feature
  2. Change the date under Time/Fee entries not allowed on or after
  3. Click Save




How to add a new rate?

  1. Go to Admin > Rates/Codes > Rate Groups
  2. Find the rate group you want to add the lawyer's rate.
  3. Click the pen icon to edit.
  4. Click Add and fill in the rate details.
  5. Click Ok.
  6. Click Save.
    NOTE:  To create a new rate group, under Rate Groups, click Add.



How to merge cheques?

  1. Go to Admin > Settings > Banking
  2. Select what cheques you want to merge under Merge and assign the same cheque number for printing.
  3. Click Save.
