Soluno Email Account and 2FA Office 365

Office 365: 2 factor authentication

Problem: When you set up your firm with an Outlook/Office 365 account for emailing invoices using Soluno and you have 2FA (two-factor authentication) turned on or you have changed your email account password, this may prevent Soluno from sending invoices.

The solution/Workaround:

1. In Outlook/Office 365 you must generate a one time App password in your account.

2. Take the generated encrypted password (copy it) and put it in the password box in Service Configuration Section in Soluno (paste it).
