Q: My Receivables Report does not match the Trial Balance Report. Why not?
A: FINANCIALS -> TRIAL BALANCE TAB and REPORTS -> RECEIVABLES -> RECEIVABLES TAB.

In the “View” click on the “Receivables by Client” report. DO NOT enter a “Start Date”. Put in the “End Date” if applicable. In “Balances as of” choose “Current”. Then press “Play” at the bottom left.
