Click on the “User Profile” icon/button to display the Tabs available. Click on "Preferences" tab.
INCLUDE ACTIVITY CODE IN ENTRY DESCRIPTION:
The option “Include activity code in every description” button indicates that the Activity Code will be expanded in the “Explanation” text field on the various input screens.
The explanation will automatically be populated with the definition of the activity code once the activity code is entered (and you press tab).
If you do not turn on this option, then the “Explanation” code will not be populated and you will be required to update the field with your own description (however, even if it is turned on you will be able to update the Explanation by typing in the “Explanation” column directly).
