Click on the “User Profile” icon/button to display the Tabs available. Click on "Preferences" tab.
AUTO EXPAND ACTIVITY CODES:
The option “Auto expand activity codes” button indicates that the Activity Code can be used as a shortcut to expand an abbreviation to a regularly used phrase.
This setting will allow you to type the activity code in ANY description, memo, explanation, or any field that has free form text, and it will expand it to a phrase you would like to inject.
For example, an activity code that is “LSO” can auto-expand to “Law Society of Ontario”.
To stop the auto-expanding of an Activity Code while typing please type the Activity Code and then hold down the “Shift” key and press the “Spacebar”.
