How do I stop my Dashboard from popping up when I login?
Click on your Initials and select Manage Profile 
Select Manage profile
Select Preference > under Show dashboards after logging in option, select show never and save. 
Please note that you will need to refresh your login for the changes to take effect.
How do turn off the Auto Expand for my activity codes?
Navigate to the Profile Manager, by clicking your image (or initials) in the top right corner of the screen, then clicking the option "Manage Profile":
In the Tab marked "Preferences" toggle off the option to Auto expand activity codes
Please note that you will need to refresh your login for the changes to take effect.
