Electronic Billing error: Processing Error, Name
Exception: Could not create Ledes 2.0 file for casefile=xxxxxx - Missing First Name for Managing Contact
To clear this error:
Display the file, make note of the “Responsible Lawyer” on the file;
Click on ADMIN -> USERS -> USER tab;
Edit the Responsible Lawyer for the file;
Check to make sure the “First Name” and the “Last Name” are not blank;
If one is blank, if the complete name is in the “Last Name” field, separate them.
