Q: I have a question regarding payments. How are payments applied in the system if a client makes a partial payment? Is it proportionate to HST, FEES and Disbursements? Or is it applied to HST first, then disbursements and fees?
A: Soluno applies the partial payment to Taxes first (HST/State), then Disbursements, then Fees.
