Issue:  Drill down for this item is not supported 

Q:  wanted to look at a payment transaction on the client ledger and received this message.  Please help!

A:  the transaction has changed since the screen was first displayed.  Please refresh the screen at the top right corner and click on the “drilldown” icon again.
