Clear Cache Procedure:
***Important Note – only clear one option of the cache, do not clear all.
Completely logoff of Soluno. Use the circle type icon at the top right corner of the screen.
Click on the 3 dots at the extreme right, top area of the browser to display a dropdown list of options. For Google Chrome the dots will be vertical and for Microsoft Edge the dots will be horizontal.
From the dropdown list choose “Settings”.
The following pages will outline the Google Chrome Settings and the Microsoft Edge Settings.
Google Chrome Settings:
Click on “Privacy and security”.
Click on the expansion icon for “Clear browsing data” section (to the right of the option).
A small sub-screen will be displayed with several options that will need to be set.
At the top make sure to choose “Advanced”.
“Time range”, click on the dropdown box and choose “All time”.
“Cached images and files” is the ONLY option that should be checked. UNCHECK all others.
STOP!! Do not clear cache right away, scroll down and make sure the others are UNCHECKED.
Click the “Clear data” button to complete the process.
Microsoft Edge Settings:
Click on “Privacy and security”.
Click on the button “Choose what to clear” (to the right of the option).
A small sub-screen will be displayed with several options that will need to be set.
“Time range”, click on the dropdown box and choose “All time”.
“Cached images and files” is the ONLY option that should be checked. UNCHECK all others.
STOP!! Do not clear cache right away, scroll down and make sure the others are UNCHECKED.
Click the “Clear now” button to complete the process.
