Q: Every time I click on a transaction in Review Charges it does not finalize the file I picked – it finalizes a different file and then I have to go and delete the invoice for the wrong file! This is very unsettling, and I can’t get my work done. Please help!
A: What browser are you using?

A: Can I please see a screenshot of your Review Charges screen.
Notice how the checkmark area at the left, where you choose the transaction, seems smaller and the comment icon at the right is overlapping the pdf icon.
This is a browser setting that needs to be adjusted.
Click on the 3 dots at the top right of your browser page and choose “Settings” from the dropdown list.
From the “Settings” screen choose “Appearance” from the left side of the screen.
Check the “Font size” setting. You will need to change it to “Medium (Recommended)”.
Q: But that is too small…! I can’t see my screen very well.
A: To adjust the screen go back to the 3 dots and choose the zoom setting. That will increase the text on the screen but also give scroll bars to view the data rather than having it wrap around as the other setting does.
