How do I save the Lawyer comments in Review Charges or Release Invoice?
Answer: You will need to copy and paste to your own comments document, otherwise they will all disappear.
When in Review Charges or Release Invoice screen, click on the "Comments" icon. Select all comments. Copy (cntrl-c). Paste to a document to save the comments.
Comments can be added in Review Charges and Release Charges (back and forth as often as needed).
The Example below shows the lawyer has added a comment and now it will be sent back to Review.
In Review Charges the Admin will be able to read the comment, implement any steps, and send it back to Release for the lawyer to review.
Once it is Finalized all the Comments will disappear. Copy and Paste the Comment box into a document to save the comments for future reference.
***Note: if the file is re-requested (on the Request Invoice Screen) into Review Charges then the comments on an existing file in Review Charges will be wiped out as well.
