What you will see once Office is synced is a new button in Contact Manager - "Office" button.

Click the "Office" button down at the bottom of the screen while displaying / editing the Contact you want to link.

You will see a list of your existing Office contacts in the "Link with Existing Office Contact" box.

Choose the contact to link with and then click the "Import From Office" icon.

Alternatively for a brand new contact you would see at the top right corner an Import From Office box that if you click in then it will list all of your existing contacts from Office. Choose a contact from there and it will Import into the Contact sheet sheet and then you would follow the "Next" steps at the bottom of the screen.

So, while it is possible to import contacts from Office you cannot do it all at once. You would need to select them one at a time.
