Error creating communication Files

Error Message: 

Error creating communication Files…………Object not set to an instance of an object. 

Certain “Tokens” can be used for building templates and inserting messages.  A “Token” can be recognized by braces “{“ and underscores “_” with an identifying name. 

In this case “{_DATERUN_LONG_}” is being used to display the date value, in long format, on the subject line of an email sent by Soluno. 

This particular “Token” cannot be used in the subject line.

When the file is being finalized it will give the error message. 

Even though the contact preference is set to print and not email, it will still receive the error.
