Issue__the PDF version of my invoice did not pop up!
The PDF will be in the client ledger, the billings journal, as well as it may be in the Notification bell.
Check the browser settings for pop blocker.
Microsoft Edge
Click on three dots top right corner (…) or click alt-f to get a list of Settings, choose “Settings”, then Cookies and site permissions, find “Pop-ups and redirects” in the list, click to expand, if block is on add to the Allow section
Chrome
Click on the three dots in the top right corner, choose “Settings” from the dropdown list, click on “Privacy and Security”, expand Site settings.
Scroll down to find “Pop-ups and redirects”. Expand it.
If the Blocker is on please add Soluno to the “Allowed” websites.
