Fixing Security Restrictions on Reports (Admin)

Report access in Legal Accounting is set by user group, not by individual user. If a report hides entries or is locked to one user, an admin can check the group's report and bank account settings. Use this article when you see "Some entries removed due to security restrictions" or "Security: Details hidden as you do not have view access to all entries", a productivity report is locked to your initials, or a report doesn't appear at all.

Note: If a user is in more than one group, the most restrictive Reporting setting wins. The same is true for financials, dashboards, bank accounts, and Hide Menu. Time entry is the exception: there, the least restrictive setting wins. See Setting User Group Permissions in Legal Accounting (Admin).
