Q: How do I remove an outstanding cheque from Trust that I entered upon my first bank rec in Soluno? The cheque is no longer needed and has become stale dated. I resent the funds owing by etransfer which has now cleared the June bank rec.
A: You can void the cheque.
Go to the “Client Ledger” of the file, find the transaction, drill down on the entry
That will display the original transaction. In this case the "Trust Out".
Click on the “Void” button at the bottom left of the screen.
