This article covers common errors on the Legal Accounting sign-in page. Use it when you see "This email address is not registered with Actionstep", "Invalid email or password", "Error retrieving two-factor information", or "It appears that you are already logged in on another device", or when you can sign in on one computer but not another.
'This Email Address Is Not Registered with Actionstep'
Possible solutions:
- Go to cloud.soluno.legal and bookmark it. This is the Legal Accounting sign-in page.
- Ask an admin to check that the email address in Admin > Users > Users exactly matches what you type.
'Invalid Email or Password'
Possible solutions:
- Enter your full email address as your username. It isn't case sensitive.
- Type your password yourself. Copied and pasted passwords aren't recognized.
- Use an incognito or private window so a saved password doesn't fill in.
- Ask an admin to check that you aren't disabled. In the User Editor, the admin clicks Security, toggles Disable user to off, and clicks Save.
'Error Retrieving Two-Factor Information'
An admin completes these steps.
To do this:
- Go to Admin > Users > Users.
- Open the user.
- Toggle Force password change on next login to on.
- Click Save.
- Toggle Force password change on next login to off.
- Click Save.
The user can then sign in and set up two-factor authentication again.
Tip: If two-factor authentication emails don't arrive, check your junk folder and ask your IT team whether they're being filtered.
'It Appears That You Are Already Logged In on Another Device'
To do this:
- Click OK on the error message.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Sign in again.
