Troubleshooting a Password Reset
- You don't know your validation answer, or it's rejected as incorrect. Ask a firm admin to reset your password.
- The validation code email doesn't arrive. Check your junk folder, and ask your IT team whether email from Legal Accounting is being filtered.
- Your password was reset, but you're still rejected. Use an incognito or private window. An old saved password may be filling in automatically.
- The temporary password shows "no match" or can't be saved. Contact Actionstep Support.
Contacting Actionstep Support
