Your verification question and answer are used to confirm your identity in the Forgot My Password process. Both are free text, so the question can be any phrase that reminds you of the answer.

This article explains how to set them.

To do this:

1. Click the User Profile icon.
2. Select Manage profile to display the available tabs.
3. Open the Manage Profile tab and expand the Verification Question section.
4. Enter a question or phrase in New Question. This is a hint to help you remember the answer.
5. Enter the answer in New Answer. It must be at least eight characters.  It is recommended this be a strong password for security.
6. Click Save.

Note: Both fields accept free text, in the same way as a memo field. The question does not have to be a question.
